Person details - <person code> window

Opens when you select a person code from the Manage personnel window.

Gear icon > Edit person

Opens the Editing person - <person code> window. You can change the General information, Skills, Roles, and Login information. From the Skills tab, you can add or remove a person's skills. From the Roles tab, you can add or remove a person's roles. From the Login tab, you can edit the person's account information.

Gear icon > Delete person

After you select Yes in the Delete window, the person is deleted.

General Information tab

Shows basic information about the person.

Skills tab

Shows the workflow approval skills: Admin, Approver, Planner and Releaser.

To add or remove skills, select the Gear icon > Edit person. From the Editing person - <person code> window, select the Skills tab. The Available skills list and Current skills list display. To assign a skill to the person, select the checkbox next to a skill from the Available skills list, then click Add. The role moves to the Current skills list. To remove a skill from a person, select the checkbox next to a skill from the Current skills list and click Remove. The skill moves to the Available skills list. Select Save to save your changes.

Roles tab

Shows the roles assigned to the person.

To add or remove roles, select the Gear icon > Edit person. From the Editing person - <person code> window, select the Roles tab. The Available roles list and Current Roles list display. To assign a role to the person, select the checkbox next to a role from the Available roles list, then select Add. The role moves to the Current roles list. To remove a role from a person, select the checkbox next to a role from the Current roles list, then select Remove. The role moves to the Available roles list. Select Save to save your changes.

Note: When you assign a role to a person, the person is automatically related to the project associated with the role.

Login tab

Shows the person's account information.
